International Chef’s Day celebration

Visit to FairField by Marriott, Ahmedabad

On the occasion of International Chef Day, PGDM students have visited Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad on 20th October, 2021 as industrial visit. Students visited all the departments of the hotel and came to know about the functions and responsibilities of various departments. Students were shown the kitchen and recipe preparation for few dishes. Students were also offered welcome drink and snacks by the hotel. All the students enjoyed and learned about functioning of the hotel during their visit.
