All the student of Ahmedabad Institute of Hospitality Management (AIHM) visited Amul Chocolate Plant, Anand on 19th November, 2021 as a part of their industrial visit. PGDM students visited the plant and learned many things about chocolates such as history, raw material, production process, packaging and health benefits. Students were shown the production line of delicious chocolate making and quality system adopted. A plant guide explained the whole chocolate production process to the students very nicely. Students were also offered chocolates by Amul. All the students enjoyed the visit and thanked plant guide.
