Subject: Linking of Aadhaar with Bank Account and Enabling DBT for Scholarship Disbursement
Dear Students,
This is to inform you that, for the release of the Central share of scholarship under the PMS-SC scheme for the Academic Year 2023-24, it is mandatory that your Aadhaar card is linked with your bank account and that the bank account is DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) enabled.
You are, therefore, required to complete the process of linking your Aadhaar card with your bank account and ensure DBT activation on or before 30th November, 2025, as per the notification issued by the Central Government.
Failure to do so may lead to non-disbursement of the scholarship amount, for which neither the Institute nor the authorities will be held responsible.
As per the message received by the concerned authorities dated 24th September, 2025; which is attached below:
“Central share of scholarship under PMS-SC scheme AY 2023-24, not processed due to Aadhaar seeding issue. Pls inform students of your institution before 30.11.2025.”
