Students of AIHM PGDM Hospitality Management are given knowledge through experiential learning in all the areas of hospitality management. They are trained to understand the customer needs, handling different types of customers and provide the quality services to meet the customer demands. Students are given training in various HR functions like recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensations, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement and practical learning experience through internships how various HR functions are performed in hospitality sector. Students learn the art of culinary arts too and the practical exposure in maintaining a guest house, organizing events and enact as event manager. They are also provided the required knowledge and skills to become entrepreneurs in hospitality sector.
